Configuring it
Set the greeting message, primary and accent colors, the widget's position on the page (bottom-right or bottom-left), the practice areas it should recognize, and your firm's logo.
Where the leads go
Conversations through the widget appear in the Embed section's Leads tab, with contact info, the detected practice area, a lead score, and a conversation summary.
