How it works
For firms running SmartAdvocate as their case-management system, Caseworth can push leads directly into SmartAdvocate through its CaseSync API.
Caseworth-managed setup
Unlike Clio or the webhook connector, this connection isn't something you configure yourself in a settings page. Caseworth sets it up on your firm's behalf — contact support to start the conversation, and Caseworth will work with you to configure and test the connection.
