Zapier, Make, and custom webhooks

What it's for
If your CRM isn't one of the natively supported connections yet, the webhook connector lets your firm paste a Zapier, Make, or any HTTPS webhook URL, and Caseworth posts matching events straight to it — your own automation then routes the data into your CRM.
What triggers a push
Two events are live today: a lead your firm claims, and a bridge connection your firm accepts. Both send the consumer's case information to your configured webhook. A few additional trigger events are planned but not live yet.
Field mapping
You map Caseworth's lead fields — name, email, phone, case type, jurisdiction, incident date, estimated value, viability score, source, and others — to whatever field names your destination system expects.
