The Case Ledger & court-ready percentage

A live view of what's captured, what's still needed, and how close your file is to court-ready.

What the ledger shows

The Case Ledger is a panel that runs alongside your Case Builder conversation. It splits everything your case needs into two lists: what's already captured (facts and evidence you've provided) and what's still missing (required, recommended, or optional items you haven't addressed yet). It updates in real time as you answer questions.

The court-ready percentage

A progress percentage shows how complete your file is toward "court-ready" — the point where every required item has either been captured or explicitly declined. You don't have to hit 100% to see a packet; Case Builder will fill in sections as data becomes available and flag anything still outstanding.

Declining an item

If you'd rather not answer something, you can decline it — it gets marked as declined rather than silently skipped, so nothing in your file is unexplained. You can always come back and fill in a declined item later.
