Reading & exporting your report

Two kinds of reports

Caseworth produces two related but different outputs. A Lexstimate report comes from Analyze case in the composer — a focused report on comparable matters, an educational value range, and governing law. A Case Builder packet comes from Build a case — a fuller, structured file with six numbered sections, built through a guided interview.

The Case Builder packet sections

A Case Builder packet is organized into six sections:

• Case summary — a plain-English overview of your situation
• Legal framework — how the law generally approaches a matter like yours
• Governing authorities — the statutes and cases your report cites
• Value & viability — an educational value range and an assessment of how strong your position looks, based on comparable matters
• Evidence ledger — what's been captured and what's still needed
• Filing & next steps — deadlines and recommended next actions

The Reviewed badge

Every report and packet carries a validity badge — usually "Reviewed," sometimes "Reviewed & corrected" or "Reviewed — see notes" if something needed a closer look. This means Caseworth checked the citations and jurisdiction for internal consistency before showing it to you. It is a quality check, not a guarantee that every detail is legally correct for your situation — always confirm anything important with a licensed attorney.

Exporting to PDF

You can export your Lexstimate report or case packet to PDF to save or share — including with an attorney. Exporting uses credits (an export is preflighted so you'll see the cost before it charges); if you don't have enough balance, you'll be prompted to top up first.

Saving and returning to a case

Every analysis thread and Case Builder case is saved automatically. You can return to it any time from your dashboard — your conversation history, captured facts, and any generated report or packet are all still there.
